VCRs required to be repaired will be shipped to the contractor s repair site with the issuance of a delivery order from the basic contract. The repaired VCRs will be repaired and Ready for Issue (RFI) status and returned at government s expense to the government agency fastest traceable means. The repair of the Sony VCRs shall be made by certified trained technicians. Replacement parts shall be Sony manufactured parts unless alternate parts are approved by the government representative.
