SOL 1443-FB-1940-97-005 DUE 090597 POC Contact Delores Thompson-Gad, Contracting Officer, at (212)363-7729 or Magalie Neptune, Contract Specialist The National Park Service requires a contractor to supply all labor, tools, and parts to perform a complete major overhaul of two 12V92-TA Detroit Marine Diesel Engines. The work consits of, but is not limited to, the following: 1) Replace cylinder kits, rod bearings, mains, crankshaft bearings, wrist pins, all seals, including rear main crank shaft seal. 2) Inspect the gear train and replace if necessarry. 3) Rebuild all pumps, fuel, water and luboil. 4) Rebuild head blowers and turbo chargers. 5) Rebuild starter motor and alternators. 6) Replace all hoses in main circulating system and venting system. 7) Rebuild all injectors and governor assemblies. 8) Service air-step, air filtration system. 9) Replace all filters, fuel lube oil and air.
