J -- PMI'S & INTERVENING SERVICES FOR A MUMPS AUDIOFAX MUMPS TALK INTERACTIVE TELEPHONY SYSTEM SOL RFP 521-013-98 (JB) DUE 091297 POC Joanna Belcher, Administrative Contracting Officer (205) 933-4492 The DVAMC, Birmingham, AL, intends to negotiate with Mumps AudioFax on a sole source basis for full on-site software-hardware maintenance, semi-annual preventative maintenance inspections (PMI's) and update/repair services, which will include all labor parts, and supervision for the Mumps AudioFax Mumps Talk Interactive Telephony System. Contractor shall also provide the following: All hardware replacement, for any reason required, shall be at no cost to the government; on-site, next business day hardware maintenance; all changes to accommodate host sytem and reporting updates; all technical and voice file changes to accommodate new host computers and facility consolidations; total telephone based software support; periodic application software upgrades, including enhancements and software repairs; voice re-recordings to accommodate opening new satellites, changing business hours, trasnferring of telephone numbers, area code changes, etc.; additional FileMan report templates (as available); documentation updates and replacements; desktop publishing assistance; micronetics M updates, as required; customer service help line for information, training and technical support; RxINFO, medication voice text updates and additions (as available). All service calls will have a response time of thirty (30) minutes and on-site time of twenty four (24) hours. Reporting procedures for repairs or services to be performed will have specific requirements, which will be strictly enforced. Any offeror proporting to be able to furnish this service may submit a written response demonstrating such a capability including references by 8-5-97. Note Number twenty two (22) applies. (0204)
