J -- MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR GENERAL ELECTRIC X-RAY EQUIPMENT SOL F39601-97Q0050 DUE 101297 POC A1C Mitchell Williams (605)385-1737, or A1C Joe Megery (605)3851732 Nonpersonal service: the contractor shall provide scheduled maintenance inspections (PMIs),calibrations, and on-site corrective maintenance. Service shall include travel, labor, manufacturer's authorized field modifications, individual tools and test equipment required to service and maintain equipment in accodance with manufacturer's specifications, PMIs, and procedures governed by respective using activity. PMIs shall be performed semiannually during the months of April and October. The contractor must have the ability to conduct remote services through applications via telephone / modem lines. The contractor shall respond in person within 30 minutes or less for telephone responses and 24 hours or less for on-site responses. The contractor must have the software package with the ability to conduct rapid diagnostics. The period of performance shall be from 1 Oct.1997 through 30 Sep.1998. This service is to take place at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota. (0204)
