P -- TRASH REMOVAL SOL 124-0040 DUE 081997 POC Ronn Lindert, Contracting Officer, 608-584-6119 The Federal Correctional Institution, Oxford, WI is soliciting to establish a contract for Trash Removal Services at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) and Federal Prison Camp (FPC), Oxford, Wisconsin. The contractor must supply one 40 yard sealed compactor/container, rll off type with a compartment which has hinged door and hasp provided so it can be locked and only authorized personnel can load the waste. The contractor must supply one 40 yard container or to 6 to 8 yard congtainers, roll off type with compartments that have cover. The contractor must remove solid waste in their 40 yard trash compactor/container located at the FCI in accordance with an established schedule. The contractor must clean up any waste spillage. Estimated volume at the FCI is 416 tons of waste per year. The contractor must remove from their 20 yard or 6 to 8 yard container(s) located at the FPC in accordance with an established schedule. The contractor must remove any waste spillage from the container(s). Estimated volume at the FPC is 150 tons of waste per year. A firm fixed-price contract will be awarded on or about September 3, 1997 to the lowest qualified bidder. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this office.
