HUD intends to procure the services of a qualified inspector to perform field reviews of Compliance Inspection Reports for the District of Columbia Office. Contractor shall perform field reviews of compliance inspection reports prepared by fee inspectors on proposed/under/existing construction single family properties receiving high loan-to-value financing to ensure that construction complies with HUD requirements. These services will be required on an as-needed basis for a 1-year contract term with possible extension of two additional 1-year periods. See Numbered Note 1 (SIC Code: 8711/8712; $2.5 mil).
