This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to provide conference support for the National African American Youth Initiative Program.. The contractor shall: provide conference support for students to participate in the National African American Youth Initiative Program, carry out the goals and objectives of the Program, and prepare a final report of the project. The Auxiliary to the National Medical Association is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is two weeks.
