S -- DINING FACILITY KP/JANITORIAL SERVICES SOL DAHA39-97-R-0004 POC Patricia K. Zolnowsky, Contracting Officer, 605/399-6739 SOLICITATION: The contractor shall furnish dining facility KP/janitorial services for the SD Air National Guard (SDANG), 1201 W Algonquin St, Sioux Falls, SD. These services are required for each monthly training exercise which normally occurs on the first Saturday and Sunday of each month unless that is a Federal holiday. Tasks consist of sanitation of dining facility and equipment; clean and maintain storerooms; clean dining room, kitchen, and dishwashing room; wash dishes, trays and tableware; operate dishwasher; wash pots, pans and all cooking utensils; collect and dispose of all waste materials, and keep the outside area around the kitchen and the refuse dumpsters clean and orderly. Contractor personnel shall not prepare or serve food items, but shall be working in the food preparation and serving areas. All equipment and cleaning supplies shall be Government furnished. It is the intent of this office to award the initial contract for the period of 1 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98, with 4 option periods. If all option periods are exercised the contract will extend through 30 Sep 2003. Contract award is contingent upon availability next fiscal year funds. This acquisition shall be 100% small business set aside. For SIC 7349 the business size standard is $12M.
