Facility shall be a prefabricated building over a concrete structure supported by concrete piles. Existing Covered Mooring shall be demolished. Rip rap will be required along the shoreline. In-water work shall be completed between October 1, 1997 and May 31, 1998. The work shall include concrete, pile driving, rip rap, asphalt paving, electrical, mechanical, civil, structural and architectural. The estimated price range for this contract is between $1 and $3 million. Duration of the contract is approximately 12 months. SIC Code 1629. There is a $20.00 NON-REFUNDABLE charge for each set of plans and specifications.
