Curtis (Site Code W31XNJ) The work consists of removing the roof mounted multi-zone air handing unit and the air cooled condensing unit. The equipment will be replaced with a new roof mounted multizone air handling unit and air cooled condensing unit of the capacity scheduled. The new multizone air handling unit will connect to the existing ductwork. The air distribution system will be rebalanced along with new controls being provided. Additionally, minor roof repairs are to be made and gutters and downspouts are to be replaced. Bid documents are available on or about 6 August 1997. Estimated cost of work is between $100,000 to $250,000. Request for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor.
