Curtis (Site Code W31XNJ) The work consists of removing the packaged rooftop heat pump and replacing it with a new unit of the scheduled capacity. The new unit will be connected to the existing ductwork. The existing air distribution will be rebalanced along with new dampers and a new thermostat will be provided. Additionally the existing single-ply roof will be removed and replaced with a modified bitumen roof.
