Y -- CONSTRUCT ADDITION TO ENGINE STORAGE SOL DAHA30-97-B-0009 DUE 091697 POC Contract Specialist Andrew Stewart (518) 786-4741 (Site Code DAHA30) Construct Addition to Engine Storage -- Contractor will provide all materials, labor and supervision to construct addition to engine storage, per Government issued specifications and drawings, at the 105th Air Wing, New York Air National Guard Base, Stewart Airport, Newburgh, New York. Construction must abide to all Federal, State, Air Force and local codes and contractual clauses. The proposed project includes, but is not limited to excavation of existing top soil and side walks to an elevation to accept spread footings and erect a 3326 square foot addition to Building 107 for C-5A aircraft engines. Building addition will match the existing facility with associated pavements, concrete flooring, structural steel framing, metal siding with insulation, roll up doors, extension of existing lighting, heating and roof systems and other incidental work to complete the project. In addition, there is one Additive Bid Item (ABI). ABI includes providing and installing an electric traveling hoist to be mountedon a monorail system that has been provided for in the base bid. The magnitude of this proposed project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Standard Identification Code (SIC) is 1541. The anticipated performance time for this project is 240 calendar days upon issuance of notice to proceed.
