The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a sole source basis, a refurbished A/F37T-10 Noise Suppression System ("Hush House") for the Commander Naval Air Reserve Force New Orleans. The Hush House will be acquired from Vital Link, Inc. of Sealy, TX, who is required to: provide; install; repair; and inspect the used/refurbished AF37T-10 Noise Suppression System. All labor, equipment and material is to be included. A firm fixed price type contract is anticipated. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. See numbered Note 22.
