This is a multi-discipline, multiple year task order contract (TOC) for
maintenance, repair and construction services for the Indiana National
Guard at Hulman Field, Terre Haute, Indiana. The basic contract will
be for a period of one year from the date of award, with discretion to
extend the basic contract annually for two multiple years. Projects
will involve, but not be limited to carpentry, asphalt and concrete
paving, roofing, excavation, interior renovation, electrical,
mechanical, plumbing, painting, demolition, masonry and HVAC. Delivery
orders will not exceed $1M. Contractors will generally be notified of
individual task orders under this contract with a fax of the project
synopsis, required performance period, date, time, and location of site
visit, proposal due date and other information. Contractors will be
required to respond to the notification within two working days under
normal circumstances and 60 minutes under emergency conditions. All
contractors must be located, either by virtue oftheir main office or a
satellite operation base, within an area permitting a maximum of a 60
minute response time in order to be eligible for selection. Interested
business should as early as possible, but not later than 15 calendar
days after publication of this notice, indicate their interest in
participating in this task order contract. Interested businesses should
also provide evidence of their capability to perform this type of work
including references for similar work with contract numbers, points of
contact and telephone numbers. The contracting officer will utilize the
information received to determine if this solicitation should be
set-aside for Small Business or "Unrestricted" without further notice.
Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all interested
business concerns as well as from small business concerns. Replies must
indicate the firm's size status such as large business, small business,
small disadvantaged business or 8(a) participant. The Standard
Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for general contractors is 1542
with a small business size standard of no more than $17.0 Million
average annual revenue for the previous three years. SICs 1711, 1731,
1771 and 1761 also apply with a small business size of no more than
$7.0 Million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
