Work consists of renovating first and second floor interior office spaces, replacing air conditioning ductwork, fire sprinklers, floor finishes, ceilings, lighting, and interior painting, installing raised floor, constructing three exterior canopies, and upgrading emergency generator system. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 11, 1997. Documents to be available at a nonrefundable charge of $90.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings or $59.00 per set of specifications and half-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $28.00. Full-size drawings alone may be purchased for $62.00 a set or $31.00 a set for half-size drawings.
