Services are required for the removal of regulated and non regulated underground fuel storage tanks. The work site is located at the 178th Fighter Wing Ohio Air National Guard Base, at Springfield Beckley MAP, in Springfield, Ohio. Work includes but is not limited to: 1) Removal of three (3) existing motor fuel UST's and replacement with one new AST with two compartments. 2) Removal of approximately thirteen (13) underground oil/water separators (OWS), and replace them with eleven (11) OWS systems. The standard industrial classification is (SIC) code is 1542. This solicitation is full and open competition but will be subject to the SDB bonding evaluation preference procedures. The applicable small business standard is $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Requests for the package must be in writing. There will be a fifty ($50.00) dollar non-refundable charge for the solicitation package. Payment must be in the form of a cashiers check, certified check, or money order payable to the US Treasury.
