A SOLICITATION NOTICE WILL BE PUBLISHED BEFORE INVITATIONS ARE ISSUED. The work includes construction of offices, two restrooms, riser room, and a mechanical equipment room, approximately 4800 square feet. Building construction will be limited to interior partitions and suspended ceilings as required for new mechanical rooms and ductwork. The new partitions shall be metal stud with sound insulation and gypsum wall board. Suspended ceilings shall be 2x4 acoustical ceiling tiles to match existing ceilings in adjacent spaces with GWB ceilings in restrooms. New mechanical and electrical work will be provided as indicated on drawings. Following tentative dates apply: Issue invitations 8/97, award contract 9/97, complete contract 6/98.
