Work includes the renovation of approximately 9200 gross square feet formerly used as a nursing ward into outpatient clinic space. Includes removal of walls, toilets, nursing station, PBPUs, etc., and construction of waiting space, exam rooms and toilets for outpatients. Relocation of air conditioning and heating ducts and outlets and telephone and computer outlets will also be required. Included in the use of this space will be the oncology and treatment area, diabetic clinic, foot clinic, outpatient surgery clinic, eye clinic, etc., and space for doctors' offices for doctors providing those services. The proposed use is intended to allow use of the area with the fewest modifications to serve the needs. All work shall be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Estimated cost range between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A total of 25 bid packages willbe issued on a first come-first serve basis on or about August 22, 1997.
