This is a sole source procurement to Diagnosys Systems Inc,100 Park Place Blvd Suite A,Kissimmee, FL 34741 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c). This requirement is sole sourced to ensure form, fit, and function compability with existing equipment. The requirement is for 1 each electronic desktop board tester model number 4290 with 144 pin schematic (model SG144),signature analysis card,pal/prom programmer (PP100), breakout box (PP500),and modem (PPMDM-4200. The required delivery date is 27 October 1997. The award will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Shipping terms will be negotiated as FOB destination.
