This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-44. This procurement is unrestricted. CLIN 0001 -- Microsoft Office 97 Individual Academic License, 1154 each. Each cadet at the U.S. Military Academy is required to have their own license. Media packages will not be accepted. Offerors are only to quote on the brand name shown. No substitutions will be accepted. The software is for the new class entering the Academy. This will be issued with their computers on 14 August 1997. This class is continually changing. Therefore, all unused software will be returned to the vendor. No charge will result to the Government for this software. Payment will be made on the actual number of software issued. Delivery is required no later than 31 July 1997.
