The Specific Make and Model procurement is as follows: Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) Plus Kit (model number: 385-MD55-SD55-KIT1, one each, manufacturer: Seicor Corporation, Hickory, NC. Specific Make and Model is required because this OTDR has a built-in 3.5# disk drive that stores traces (up to 60 possible traces) and is capable of being used as a multimode or singlemode OTDR tester. The item is company proprietary and the Government has no other technical data to describe this item. If the above listed model number has become obsolete, offerors may state so and propose the most current version available. The delivery date is 2 weeks ARO or sooner. The place of delivery will be in Washington, DC 20734; exact address will be provided at contract award. Offeror will use this information to propose delivery FOB destination with freight included in the offered price.
