The objective of ISSSR is to provide an international forum for discussion of scientific requirements, implemetation issues, analysis problems and scientific benefits of multispectral remote sensing. The theme of ISSSR' 97 is OBSERVATION TO INFORMATION. This includes sensor design, data acquisition, laboratory and field experiments, ground truthing, data processing, Internet data access, data fusion, modeling and simulation, and decision support.
