The Navy is seeking a firm to provide Motorola Certified/documented technicians who can provide on-site preventative/remedial maintenance and parts to meet the Navys requirement at the Naval Air Weapons Station,Point Mugu, California. Contractor to provide labor, tools, parts, materials and supplies to troubleshoot, install,remove, repair, maintain, and provide engineering services to correct malfunction in any equipment,networks or systems on the Navys' commercial two-way radio communication equipment (equipment list to be provided with Statement of Work). Must be authorized by Motorola to provide Factory Warranty Services on all equipment associated with Motorola UHF Digital ASTROS@TNET Trunked Radio System. A firm fixed price contract with a base and 3 one-year options is being considered with an estimated award date of 31 December 1997. The Government will provide, on base, facilities for the maintenance/repair to be conducted. The Government does not intend to pay for the information solicited. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), and no cost and pricing data is required. Responses must be concise, and specifically directed to the equipment and requirements mentioned.
