Contractor shall provide medical physicist services and annual evaluation of X-ray generating equipment in Radiology Service, Nuclear Medicine Service, Medical Research Service, Dental Service and Surgical Service at the VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, Florida and VA Outpatient Clinic, Ft. Myers, Florida. Contract period is from October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998 with two (2) one (1) year pre-priced option renewals. Award of this contract will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government. Offeror must provide a price for all items.
