Work includes the furnishing of nursing staff to assist patients on carrying out medication and treatment orders prescribed by the physician; review medication prescription; provide patient assistance to gain independence and the use of special devices, providing health management and all associated duties and responsibilities for a patient workload of 10 in the Blind Rehabilitation Program. Contract award will be based upon the evaluation of offers using selection factors including cost as one selection factor.
