Laukaitis, Contract Specialist (412) 395-7476 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is interested in procuring Medical Surveillance Services. The Services consist of Non-Personal Industrial Medical Health Services consisting of Mandatory Examinations/Tests and Medical Consultant Services. It is anticipated services will be for a base period of 1 year with the option to renew services for 4(1) year option periods. The contractor will be required to have a Mobile Health Unit and a Non-Mobile Health Unit and qualified examiners to support the services required. Additionally, the contractor will be required to maintain the clinical records of examination results, as well as compiling quarterly and annual reports. The contractor will assume all legal and professional responsibilities attendant to the rendering of health services. The contractor will additionally be required to indemnify the Government for any liability producing act or omission by the contractor, its employees and agents occurring during contract performance. Medical liability insurance will be required within the states of PA, Ohio and WV. Inquiries should be directed to the aforementioned Contract Specialist.
