Provide services of a Radiologist to read x-ray examinations taken at the Federal Correctional Institution in Ray Brook, New York. Contract period will consist of one base year not to exceed twelve months, and four one year option periods. Contract will consist of bi-weekly readings. The frequency could vary depending on volume, but will not be less than twice a week. A session will be equivalent to an examination requested. (i.e., two views of a chest x-ray, or three views of an extremity). Solicitation will be available O/A 08/06/97. This procurement is a 100% total small business set aside. SIC 8011.
