The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA), San Francisco, CA, has identified a requirement for the construction of a concrete walk and construction of a gravel trail within the Presidio of San Francisco. The project work includes demolition of existing asphalt pavement and existing metal gate with concrete footings; construction of bituminous concrete walk edged with stone curb (known as Lover's Lane); construction of gravel trail adjacent to Presidio Boulevard and West Pacific Avenue; site excavation and grading; hydroseeding all distrubed areas; placing erosion control blanket on regraded trail. The applicable SIC code is 1611. This solicitation is an unrestricted procurement inviting full and open competition. The estimated price range of this procurement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
