The work includes the following: Architectural-Upgrade interior finishes, renovate restrooms. Mechanical-remove and replace heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and plumbing. Electrical-Remove and replace interior electrical. Remove and replace fire alarm system. Bid documents are available on or about 5 August 1997. Plans and specifications for this job are free of charge. Estimated cost of work is between $250,000 and $500,000. Requests for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor. This is a competitive 8(A) Set-Aside.
