Work located at USCG Marianas Section facility located on Naval Activities, Guam. All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656).
