Bartolini, (914( 737-4400x2206, Contracting Officer, Karen Diehl, (914) 737-4400x2072 Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for Project 620-96-113, Replace Dietetic Hoods in the kitchen located in Building 5 at the F.D.R. VA Hospital, Montrose, NY. Work will include, but is not limited to general construction, selective demolition, alterations, mechanical and electrical work including necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. The work shall be phased and coordinated such that the preparation of and cooking of food will not be interfered with. Such phasing and coordination will require temporary relocation of certain equipment, erection of dust barriers and work outside of normal working hours. Construction cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A limited number of bid packages will be available on or about August 19, 1997 and will be issued on a first come first served basis until supply is exhausted. Mandatory contract completion time is 208 calendar days. BOD is September 19, 1997 at 1:00 pm local time.
