The contractor will be allowed to work in no more than two (2) buildings at one time and must complete all work within a building before proceeding to another building. The contractor shall submit a schedule of work for the entire project within ten days after award. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. See Note 1.
