The work includes steam pipe repair, high pressure steam piping, pressure reducing valves, moisture separator, high pressure trap, trap discharge piping,and steam piping trim. New pool heating and ventilating system work includes demolition, H&V unit, exhaust fan, ductwork (interior and exterior), insulation, low pressure steam and condensate piping, steam piping trim, electrical, controls, and asbestos abatement and all incidental related work. The SIC code is 1711 and the size standard is $7.0 million. The estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000.
