Services are required for the removal of regulated and non regulated underground storage tanks. The work site is located at the 123d Blue Ash, Ohio Air National Guard, Cincinnati, Ohio. Work includes but is not limited to: 1) Remove approximately three (3) underground oil/water separators (OWS) systems and replace them with two (2) underground OWS's. OWS system include the OWS tank and in some cases a waste oil tank. 2) Remove a waste oil UST and one (1) contaminated fuel UST, and install one new AST with two compartments designed to meet the AST regulations. 3) Remove the three (3) existing motor fuel USTs and replace them with two new ASTs designed to meet the AST regulations. The standard industrial classification is (SIC) code is 1542. This solicitation is full and open competition but will be subject to the SDB bonding evaluation preference procedures. The applicable small business standard is $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Requests for the package must be in writing. There will be a fifty ($50.00) dollar non-refundable charge for the solicitation package. Payment must be in the form of a cashiers check, certified check, or money order payable to the US Treasury. Solicitations packages will be available on or about 13 August 1997 with bid opening 30 days after issue. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. (0205)
