This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-97-T-5224. This is request for quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is 100% Small Business set aside. Standard industrial classification code: 1542. Small Business Size Standard: $17 Million. Services non-personal to provide building maintenance to include but not limited to, plumbing welding, roofing, carpentry, interior and exterior electric work, painting and patching all surfaces and general repair. Service period from 1 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98. Maintain repair and inspect environmental control and air filtration, replacement of filters, and electrical systems to include all HVAC systems, hot water environmental heating systems and associated equipment, under-floor and roof exhaust systems. Provide complete scheduled maintenance program. Develop and maintain maintenance inspection records for equipment. Acceptance: 60 Days after receipt of order.
