Judge's chamber shall be located directly adjacent to the judge's bench and shall contain toilet. Add two single toilets for the handicapped (one shall be located adjacent to the stairwell and waiting room; one shall be located within the deliberation room). Add two counsel rooms off the main corridor. Add exterior concrete ramp adjacent to the reception area on the north side of Building 127. Add 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk from south side parking area to the ADA ramp on the north side of Building 127. Add waiting room directly adjacent to the courtroom. Seating capacity shall be as follows: 24 seats in the spectator gallery, 12 seats in the jury area, and space for 3 seats at each counsel's table. SIC Code is 1542/$17 Million. The estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted;however, solicitation will contain an evaluation preference for SDB concerns.
