Work to include installation of the helicopter on the elevated pedestal, paint of pedestal structure, grading, concrete work, seeding and mulching of disturbed areas at construction site. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1629 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million.
