Work includes renovation of the Hyrotherapy Room, Tank Room, Training Room and related office area on the fifth floor of the main hospital building 225. Work includes general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, equipment, necessary removal of existing construction, and other certain items, as required by drawings and specifications. Issue date for the IFB package will be on or about 8/12/97. IFB package will be issued in one set per requestor, only to those intending to bid as prime contractors. Requests must be made in writing and must include a statement of intent to bid as prime contractor. Requests also must be accompanied by a cashier's check, money order, bank certified check, or company check in the amount of $15.00, refundable upon return of drawings and specifications in good condition within ten (10) days of Bid Opening. Requests not meeting these requirements will not be honored. Bid Opening date is 9/11/97 at 2:00PM local time at place of bid opening. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
