The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 seeks quotations for providing a floating dock system without installation. The system shall include but may not be limited to the following: Floating ramp and pier (framework, deck, flotation units, and hardware), gangplanks, handrails, pipe piling and brackets, and aluminum cleats, stainless steel mounting hardware, miscellaneous hardware as needed for assembly. Delivery is FOB destination to Havasu National Wildlife Refuge, located in Mohave county Arizona, approximately 4 miles from Needles California. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The SIC is 3499 and 500 employees. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror who provides the lowest price based on evaluation of price and price related factors. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available by August 13, 1997. It is anticipated that evaluation of responses and award will be complete by September 11, 1997.
