Horton (810) 574-5185 An indefinite-quantity, indefinite-delivery contract for small and medium sized construction projects. This single contract includes requirement for the U.S. Army tacom-wrn and U.S. Army Garrison Selfridge. Contract is for a base period and two, separately-priced 12 month option periods. Guaranteed minimum per performance period: $300,000. Estimated maximum per performance period: $5 million. Delivery order size $2,000 -- $500,000.00. Contract documents include csitype specifications a site-specific unit price book (upb), comprised of approximately 30,000 different prepriced items representing various construction tasks. Firm, fixed-price delivery orders are awarded against this contract by negotiating quantities of these tasks and applying a coefficient factor. Prices for items in the upb contain labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidental supplies required for each task. The coefficient factor represents the contractor's overhead, profit, and any other contingencies and represent the price proposal submitted in response to the solicitation. A small/disadvantaged business subcontracting plan will be required of any large business submitting a proposal in response to this solicitation.
