Blazek (708) 786-5253 65 -- Requirement is for delivery and installation of a Remanufactured Diagnostic Imaging System (3 units) within 60th Medical Support Squadron/SGLS, 101 Bodin Circle, Travis AFB, California, 94535-1800. The system shall consist of one (1) Remanufactured Radiographic/Fluoroscopic System with 90/90 degree table, 15" tri-mode image intensifier, TV chain with 525/1049 line scanning system in fluoro mode, 20" monitor, ceiling monitor mount, vertical cassette holder, remote control, collimator, 80 kw high frequency generator for 2 tubes, digital device; one (1) Radiographic/Tomographic System with tomo/radiographic table and 80 kw x-ray generator; one (1) Radiographic System with radiographic table, 80 kw x-ray generator, ceiling tube mount, vertical cassette holder. Requests for proposals will be issued on or about August 11, 1997 to suppliers who have a current Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA); provisions of the master BOA (Solicitation M6-Q10-96) apply. Other interested suppliers may participate provided their application satisfies the requirements necessary to obtain a BOA. Proposals are due August 29, 1997.
