The Confocal System shall offer a True Confocal Optical Path with One Excitation Pinhole (Variable) for exact co-localization of multi-labeled specimens. The System Scanner Head shall be upgradeable to a Multiband Detector for Confocal Spectrophotometry, allowing for a continuously selectable imaging wavelength band(s), and allowing variability of the center of selected wavelength band, for maximum spectral separation and maximizing detectable intensity. Shall be an accordance with the salient characteristics/specifications in the solicitation for the period beginning from the date of contract award and continuing for a twelve (12) month period of performance.
