The solicitation notice appearing in the Commerce Business Daily, June 24, 1997, and amended July 2, 1997, for technical support services for Environmental Assessments, Benefits Analysis, and Total Maximum Daily Load Determinations for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Water (OW), is modified to include providing expert/peer review support to the EPA Office of Water. All other aspects of the solicitation announcement, remain unchanged. The total direct labor hours on the contract remain unchanged, as a year Base Period of 15,400 direct labor hours, and two one year Option Periods of 15,400 direct labor hours each. The Government also anticipates including quantity option amounts of 100% for the Base and each Option Period, which brings the maximum total potential on the contract to 92,400 direct labor hours over the 36 months. The contract is anticipated to be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee term contract, and the incumbent is TetraTech, Inc., Fairfax, VA. Solicitation PR-CI-97-10291 will appear on the Internet.
