J -- FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR ETHLYNE OXIDE MONITORING SYSTEM SOL IFB 521-016-98 (EP) POC Edward G. Phillips (205) 933-4492 The DVAMC, Birmingham, AL requires full on site service, maintenance and repair service and preventative maintenance for a HNV Systems, Inc, Ethlyne Oxide Monitoring System, Model 301 DP, for the period of 10-1-97 through 9-30-98, with four (4) one year option renewal options. The Contractor shall perform semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections (PMI). These PMI's shall be performed within the first five (5) working days of the months of January and July. PMI's will be performed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, and NFPA and JCAHO requirements. Service calls will be 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Contractor must respond to service calls within four (4) hours of notification and be on-station within 24 hours. Specific reporting requirements will be required and will be strictly enforced.
