SOL IFB 521-018-98 (WG) POC Wanda Goolsby (205) 933-4492 The DVAMC Birmingham, AL requries full service sofeware/hardware maintenance and repair for a Witt Corporation Witt Series Physiologic Monitoring and Witt Series Image Archival System Model MS 0000, EE#18377. The Contractor shall perform semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections (PMI) to be perormed at six month intervals as follows: October and April. These inspections are to be performed within the first five (5) working days of each of the months specified above. PMI's shall be performed in accordance with manufactures's instructions and satisfy all requirements as set forth by NFPA and JCAHO. Contractor must respond to service calls within twenty-four (24) hours. Specific reporting requirements will be required and will be strictly enforced.
