This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-97-Q-3FAJR7. This solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-42. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 3499 and the size standard is 500 employees. The following is a description for the listed services. 1. The Contractor shall provide all labor, services, equipment and materials to fabricate, preserve with tar and crate (4) sets WLR "C" Class Steering Rudder Stock And Rudder Blade IAW with Coast Guard Drawing 75C-WAGL-2200-24. 2. Fabricate, Body Bound Bolts IAW Coast Guard Drawing 75C-WAGL-2200-24. Two sets of items 1, 2 will be shipped to Granite City, IL. One set of items 1, 2 will be shipped to Sallisaw, OK. One set of items 1, 2 will be shipped to Owensboro, KY. As prescribed in FAR 52.12-2. Evaluation-Commercial items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, Required Delivery Date.
