Q -- DENTISTRY SERVICES SOL 243-RFP-97-2029 DUE 080797 POC Kathleen Russell, Contract Specialist, (907) 729-2967, Fax (907) 729-2977 The Alaska Area Health Service has a requirement for dental services in the Anchorage Area (to include Wasilla, and Palmer, Alaska). The Alaska Native Medial Center (ANMC) intends to award contracts to up to five(5) clinics in the Anchorage Area to provide Adult Dental Care Services, services would be specified as required from a Treatment Plan developed by the ANMC, Dental Clinic. The duration of the any resulting contract will be for a Base Period of 12 months, with an Option Period of 12 additional months, which the Government may exercise in accordance with the contract terms and conditions. Contractors/Dental Offices/Clinics will be selected based on their Fee Schedule, Past Performance with the Federal Government, and their Schedule Availabiltiy. Preference will be given to American Indian/Alaska Native owned businesses; however, all businesses which can provide this service are encourged to submit offers.
