intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering
Agreement with Legi-Slate to renew a subscription for continued use and
access of their database by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Services Administration, Rockville, MD (ADMH). This subscription is for
online electronic retrieval from databases which cover the US Code
(USC), Daily Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and Congressional
Voting Analysis. It contains features which enable the user to identify
and track all legislation and regulations on their issue areas
regardless of whether those issues are specifically mentioned in the
text. Legi-Slate is an online, full-text database covering the U.S.
Legislative and Regulatory process. Legi-Slate tracks bills as they
move through the Legislative system from introduction to final passage
and monitors announcements from the Federal Register. Biographical and
voting profiles of members of Congress are available as well as are
transcripts of daily press briefings from the White House, State
Department, and Department of Defense, transcripts of major news
programs, testimony of senior administration officials and selected
committee hearings. The Washington Post and the National Journal are
available online the same day they are published. Services will be
continued through September 30, 1997. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE
PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No
telephone calls will be accepted. No award will be based on any offer
or proposal received in response to this notice. NO SOLICITATION
