The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) will issue a commercial item solicitation for the analysis and costing of alternatives, and recommendation for an on going market research program for the United States Savings Bonds and TREASURY DIRECT programs. The Contractor will be responsible for meeting with program officials, determining what market research tools/services are available for establishing an on going market research program, providing alternatives along with the costs for each and recommendations. In addition to a written summary, the Contractor will conduct oral presentations for program officials and senior management. The SIC Code for this acquisition is 8742, with a small business size of less than $5 million in average annual receipts. In order to determine whether to set this action aside for small business, the Bureau is requesting that respondees indicate their business size and submit supporting information such as references and technical capability brochures that indicate that the requestor can provide the required services in their request for the solicitation.
