AHCPR OPPORTUNITY FOR COOPERATIVE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS (CRADA) AND OTHER PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS In the July 22, 1997 edition of the Commerce Business Daily, the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research announced its intent on planning to enter into cooperative research and development agreements and other public-private partnerships. It was also announced under the INQUIRIES section of the announcement that to receive immediate consideration, proposals or public comments in this regard were to be submitted by sixty days from the publication of the July 22 announcement. This particular special notice is now made to provide clarification of the sixty day period. Therefore, the first sentence of the INQUIRIES section of the announcement should be changed to read as follows: "To receive immediate consideration, proposals or public comments must be received by September 23, 1997." No other information from the July 22 announcement is revised.
